The Story Behind Dyli Deli
How Dyli Deli Became Seaford's Sandwich Obsession
There's a moment in every chef's life where the fancy stuff stops making sense and the simple stuff starts feeling like everything.
>
For us, that moment was a sandwich.
>
Not just any sandwich — a properly built one. The kind where the bread matters, the fillings are made not assembled, and every bite earns your attention. Dyli Deli started because Seaford deserved better than a soggy servo roll and a packet of chips.
>
We set up at 8 Station Street, inside Ordain Bistro, with a simple idea: take the skills of a proper kitchen and put them into something you can eat with your hands on a Thursday morning. House-made pastrami. Buttermilk fried chicken. Coffee that doesn't taste like it's been sitting since Tuesday.
>
We're open Thursday to Saturday, 8am to 2pm. Short hours. Focused menu. No compromises.
